One great reason to communicate with your pet is to ask important questions such as how they feel about breeding.

Time and again I hear emotional stories about breeding experiences that went wrong; about the females unwillingness to breed and the trauma they encounter when they are forced to breed; and about ‘lucky escapes’ for those animals who would not breed only for their people to discover later that there was a medical condition that could have been dangerous had they persisted in breeding.

Our animals are very in-tune with their own bodies. If your animal is reluctant to breed then it might be worth your while to communicate with him or her to find out why.

The opposite is also the case. Before I desexed my golden retriever (Daisy) I asked her whether or not she wanted to breed. She gave me the most beautiful and clear images to show me that she really wanted to be a mum. While it wasn’t practically possible for me to go ahead with her wishes it WAS very important that I had listened to her request. I could then explain the reasons why I couldn’t go ahead with breeding and she gave me her permission to proceed with the operation. This dialogue was something I consider to be very lucky to have had with Daisy and feel very blessed to have empowered her in the decision making.

2. Full of vitality (healthier)
3. Reduce unwanted behaviours (such as urination, barking)
4. Break through training blocks
5. Nurture individual needs and desires
6. Nurture an animal’s potential rather than applying the same brushstroke to all animals
7. Find and release blocks.

When we reach out to another living being, we irrevocably change both our vibration and theirs. The following words came to me via an email from a mailing list.
